Users can have one of several statuses
Status | Description | Updated |
Inactive | Newly created user who has not yet set a password. | On setting of a password |
Active | User has set a password and has access to icomply app | Can be set to Suspended via management system |
Suspended | User has had access to icomply revoked and does not have any documents assigned. | Can be re-activated or archived via management system |
Blocked | User has had access to icomply temporarily revoked following 5 incorrect log in attempts | Reset after 30 mins or if user resets their password. |
