Use this report as an in-depth analysis tool to explore user behaviour issues that may have been flagged by other reports.


For the date range specified, the 'Data-Point Report' provides a line by line breakdown for each user detailing when access to SPCs within their portfolio was granted or rescinded, if the SPC was updated on emc during that period and when the user was notified. The report contains the following information:

  • Username – the email address of the user.
  • Unique Id – the user’s specific company user ID.
  • emc Document Id - emc document ID of the SPC.
  • Document Title – the name of the SPC as displayed on emc.
  • Date Last Submitted – the date and time the SPC was submitted to emc Document Management System. 
  • Date Published – the date and time the SPC was published on emc.
  • Date Access Granted – the date and time the SPC was assigned to the user’s account in the icomply management system.
  • Date Access Rescinded – the date and time the SPC was removed from the user’s account in the icomply management system.
  • Mgt System Notified of Change – the date and time we received notification that an SPC update had occurred on emc.
  • Date Download Confirmed – the date and time the SPC on the user’s iPad was synchronised.
  • Update notification received – the date and time the user was notified on their iPad that an update to the SPC document was available.
