This report shows all user event history for a defined date range.
- Username – the user’s email address.
- System type – will display as ‘iOS or ‘Management Tool’ depending on where the event took place.
- Event – the type of events logged for users of the icomply Management System and App (please see table below for details).
- Additional – each event has includes specific additional details (see table below for details).
- Time Stamp – Where system type is ‘Management Tool’ this is the date and time the event occurred. Where system type is “iOS” this is the date and time the event occurred from the user’s iPad.
- Server Received Date – This will only ever be populated for iOS system type events and shows the date and time the event was received from the User’s iPad by our server.
- iOS Version – This will only ever be populated for iOS system type events and shows the version of iOS running on the users iPad at the time the event took place.
