If your company merges with another, you should write to the NHSBSA to inform them of the change. Currently the NHSBSA do not wish such changes to be made via in-demand.

We co-market a product; Which company should update the dm+d?
If you co-market a product, the product will be listed on the dm+d under the company whose name is displayed most prominently on the packaging. This company will be responsible for updating the NHSBSA with any changes.
