If you find an error in your data on the dm+d browser you should use emc in-demand to create the appropriate submission to correct the data (please see help page 'When Do We Need to Make a Submission and What Type?').


Please remember that the dm+d database is an extensive database and includes not only your available products, but also discontinued products, clinical trial products and imports. Once a product has been added to the dm+d database it is never deleted. Discontinued products will be marked as not available; before making an emc in-demand submission to discontinue a product, please check emc med data via https://meddata.medicines.org.uk/ to view your detailed product entries and check the availability field.
