What Data Can I Submit?
The NHSBSA have requested that only the following submissions are made via emc in-demand:
- Medicinal products that are used in primary or secondary care in the UK which are currently licensed and either available now or will be within 3 months.
- Data on marketed packs and not all the packs that you have a licence to manufacture
You should contact the NHSBSA directly regarding submissions for appliance products, parallel imports, registered homeopathic products, oxygen, x-ray contrast media and radiopharmaceuticals.
