If your submission is still available for editing or awaiting company authorisation, you can cancel it immediately.


To cancel a submission find your submission on the Active page. In the Options box to the left of the product name, select Cancel and click Go. 


Your submission will be immediately removed from the list.


It will be deleted from in-demand permanently and cannot be viewed or copied. Cancelled submissions that were awaiting company authorisation, can be viewed on the Cancelled/Failed page.



Cancel your submission after it has been sent to the NHSBSA:


If your submission has been sent to the NHSBSA it can be cancelled up until/before they approve the submission.


To cancel your submission, find your submission on the Active page. In the Options box to the left of the product name, select Cancel and click Go.


Your submission cannot be cancelled immediately since it is being processed by the NHSBSA and so the status will change to Pending cancellation. Once the NHSBSA have cancelled the submission, the submission will be removed from the list and displayed on the Cancelled/Failed page.


If the NHSBSA have processed your submission and they are about to approve it, there is a small chance that the NHSBSA will be unable to remove it from their process. The submission will be added to the database and later to the dm+d browser.

If you need to alter this submission, please submit another. If publishing the submission causes major concerns or issues, please contact the NHSBSA dm+d helpdesk for their guidance.
